Crafted from high-grade 304 stainless steel, this HERMS coil offers resistance to corrosion and rust. Its tightly wound spiral tube shape maximizes surface area for efficient thermal transfer in a hot liquor tank or brewing vessel. The assembly includes two threaded bulkheads and sealing washers for a secure, leak-resistant connection through the vessel wall. Two straight end tubes are capped with blue protective covers to shield the coil during transit and storage. It is designed as a heat exchanger to help homebrewers maintain accurate mash temperatures by recirculating wort.
